mmm i like mandarin orange salad. i don't all know what's in it tho...mandarin oranges, lettuce, almonds, some kind of sugary dressing you make....sorry been sooo long since i've had it...now i'm gonna go find the recipe and make it again lol

I love spinach salad. My favorite has diced hard boiled eggs, diced bacon, sometimes shrimp, and of couse spinach. The dresing is a warmed mixture of bacon-fat and a sweet raspberry vinnagret. Personally, I think it's delishouse.
For dinner some nights my family will have cobb sallads. There's romane lettuce and sometimes a pre-washed 'garden mix' pack. We put on whatever lunch-meat we have int the fridge, hard boiled eggs, bacon bits, avacado, tomatoes, olives, pine-nuts, etc., whatever we have around the kitchen. There is also several different kinds off dressings, but my favorite (not traditional cobb salad, but much healthier than creamy dressings) is itallian.

My favorite salad is Oklahoma Caviar Salad. One can of Bush's Black- Eyed Peas (any other is too mushy), one or two diced tomatoes, three or four chopped green onions (or some diced purple onion), chopped green olives, chopped black olives, some diced cauliflower, diced, seeded cucumber, olive oil, and Italian (Zesty or plain) dressing. Other than the can of peas, you just have to eye-ball the rest of the ingredients. You can be very creative with this salad.

My version of a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. But I like to make my own Yogurt Dressing instead of a vinaigrette and croutons. It's so good.
I have others that I like as well but this is one of my favorites.

Chinese Chicken Salad. THe ones in the restaurants are the best, but the packaged ones at Costco are pretty good, too.

Fresh Fruit, but if you mean actual salad, Fried Chicken. I don't have it much anymore due to the grease, but i absolutely love it. Honey Mustard dressing, cheese, scallions, and no tomatoes or mushrooms!

I love a traditional Cobb Salad
It must have lots of bacon, turkey,blue cheese, tomatoes, etc
Best when tossed with a Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing

my favorite salad is absolutely Cesar's salad. There is salad, chicken, mozzarella, croutons and Cesar dressing.... that and some good red wine...
