In the Last Census in Australia 20k people registered their religion as "Jedi". I think the Jedi worship bacteria or someting. Midochondrians?
Anyway, just my two cents. Several people have listed Taoism. You have to be careful with Taoism as there are two paths.
Tao Chia: Which is a philosophical branch and it's not really an actual "religion"
Tao Chiao: Which has a very vast and plentiful pantheon of gods many of which were formerly actual people. Sort of similar to the Catholic Saints. Guan Yu for example.
You might want to look into Shinto, it's sort of a nature religion from early Japan.
Lots out there, hundreds of religions... you just have to check around.

Judaism, maybe? They have ONE God, YHWH, and are to worship only him. Their ancestors were punished severely for going after other gods (according to their scriptures), so worshipping a human would have been out of the question. Protestants have three gods--Father, Son, Holy Spirit, much like the trinities worshipped in some pagan religions--plus Satan. Okay, they deny worshipping him, per se, but they sure do give him a lot of attention! Catholics have all that, plus a crapload of saints AND the Virgin Mary, who was not even a virgin for very long. As soon as she popped out Jesus, she went on to have at least four more sons and two daughters.
I dunno, I think the Jews have the better idea. If you must worship a deity, make it just ONE deity and save yourself a lot of bother.

Animism (Native American for one) - the belief in animal spiritual guides
Pantheism - the belief that ALL things are divine - whether alive or inanimate
Buddhism, Taoism - non-deist religions that respect wisdom but worship nothing (no, Buddhists do NOT "worship" the Buddha, they revere his teachings)
Atheism - the belief that there is no God
Satanism - show reverence to Lucifer as a symbol of free will and knowledge, and practice responsibility for one's own actions (without blaming their bad behaviour on the devil)
is that enough to quench your thirst for knowledge?
Nandy... Pagans don't worship people... do some reading

Every makes mistakes now and again. I won't hold it against you.
Yes Catholic seem to be worshiping their saints(once Living people) more than Christ or God. even though the symbols are still there.
with a little digging you can find religions that don't worship people.
thoism.pagans, witchcraft,for a few.
it is better to find a set of ideas that you can belive in for helping people instead.
Sumed up your only human and made a slip of the mind. null sheen.

Catholics ARE Christians -- because they worship CHRIST (keyword). Catholics also have a fondness for Mary, which is something that Protestants don't have.
I don't know much about Scientology, but I think it may be one that does not center around worship of anything really. They do talk a lot about L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology -- but I don't think they worship him.

You know what Meredith. I have a question, Please answer me. ok?
Christians say Catholics are not Christians. Right?
Catholics say Christians are not Catholics. Right?
Then what separates the 2 of them?
One of them is not agreeing on the type of worship.
A lot of people "think", as long as you go to church and worship, you will go to heaven. There is NO bigger lie known to man-kind as that. God Himself says: there is:
One Body, One Spirit, One Baptism, One Church, One Faith, One Doctrine. Right?
Catholics and Christians have different Doctrines. It can't be both ways. The Bible says: ONE Doctrine. Not 2.
The New Testament is THE ONE DOCTRINE.
NO where in the New Testament can catholic support there own Doctrine according to God.
If you can, Please tell me. I could be wrong.
Either your right and I'm wrong
or
I'm right and your wrong.
we both can't be right.
How do we get God, too except 2 Doctrines, when He says there is ONE ?
.

Your question isnt that smart, of course Catholics are Christians. I'm not one, but I guess they are pretty strict and to me. Christianity is very split and these sects are confusing, I just try to be a good Christian. No sect is better than another, its just peoples beliefs. If these beliefs are positive and good natured, then no one can say they are better or correct. I just say, oh so your basically a Christian - good for you, me too !

Thank you for the reminder that regardless of how we ask, we should use caution in our phrasing of our questions and comments - and that some will always look for something to be offended by instead of for the point of what was being asked.
