In Islam, the biggest sin is to worship someone along with All-powerful God. It is called "sheerk".

The biggest sin is not loving your fellow man. Whether you choose to believe in God or not doesn't relieve anyone from sin. In a nut shell sin is just wrongful living. If you disrespect your parents, your spouse or anyone. You are guilty of sin. If you spread evil and hatred and lie on your neighbor, you are guilty of sin. There are all types of sin. Murder, racism, rape, stealing, the list goes on and on. So what sin is the biggest sin? The answer to your question is all of the above. Sin is sin. Peace.

There is not bigger sin in the eyes of the Lord. To him a sin is a sin. But to me the biggest sin is pride cause this is the cause of all the destruction we see in the world today.

Cold blooded murder would have to be the greatest of sins, but there are many other sins that are bad.
Judgement of others is a great sin, yet people judge others every day.
