drink plenty of water thruoghout the day this will keep you hidrated and will also make your stomach feel full so you dont fill up on empty calories, also helps flush out the toxins in your body.

ps. it also is good to exercise before yopu eat so your body furnace is already burning calories then when you consume meals it will burn away faster and not turn into fat.

stay away from sugars and salt, salt retains water and also causes your arteries ti tighten, and leads to high blood pressure.

Breakfast:Protien and Meat
start your day with sometghing your body can work with

Lunch:fruits and vegitables
wont weigh you down and will give you your daily rouphage.

Dinner: grains like rice and macaroni, whole grains are best.
usually these will make you tired but burn off rather quickly,as they turn into sugars.

Your query is too general. Are you eating in restaurants, company cafeterias, on the strrets, brown-bagging? Are you calorie conscious; diabetic? A more specific question will garner more specific answers.
