Tips to maintaining weight loss

Fad diets may do the trick temporarily by giving you fast results and helping you reach your goal. But the downside to those same diets is they don't prevent the weight from coming back. You could Keep the weight off and maintain your desired look by following the suggestions

Do not do dieting

Eliminate the word diet from your vocabulary. The key steps to long-term weight control are establishing a healthy eating pattern and being active. To maintain weight loss you must balance calories with the energy you burn through physical activity.

Prepare meals at home

Cooking at home is a great way to save money and control what you eat.So prepare meals at home.

Snack right

Stop in-between-meal hunger pains by snacking on a piece of fresh fruit, raw. cut vegetables or a container of low-fat yogurt. These snacks are a healthy alternative to chips, cookies or candy.

Setting the goals that looks realistics

Telling yourself that you're going to eat salads at every meal and run 10 miles a week may be a bit much. Instead, set smaller, realistic goals and add a new challenge weekly.

Burn baby burn

Fight fat by burning off calories with at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity five or more days a week. If 30 minutes is average for you. Set a new goal and gradually increase your time. Be sure to check with your physician before you begin an exercise routine.

That's not really a realistic amount of time to loose that kind of weight, all you can expect and what is average is 1-2 lbs per wk, but to get you off to a good start the first portion of weight you loose is water anyway so if you start your diet with a 24-48 hour fast or body clease you could actually loose 10lbs in 2 weeks.
If you drink a lot of soda or sugary drinks and junk food just cutting that out alone I had a friend who dropped 40lbs in 2 months.

there is no medically risk-free thank you to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks. in case you do and have the skill to experience like going to this massive experience, you won't make it long sufficient to savour it, extraordinarily in case you eat alcohol. I believe the solutions that advise lowfat food, water, and exercising(to no longer the factor of excessiveness) No risk-free way. i will basically advise, that's as much as you to make certain. Self-recognition is confusing for terribly a lot of human beings, yet i think of it may be extra proper to exercising, relax, and eat and drink the right way. Losing2-4lbs or possibly some extra is extra proper than dropping 10 pounds, which probable mean fluid loss and that's extremely risky.

Don't. As far as losing fat-weight is concerned, it really isn't healthier to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week. If you're edemic (bloated) you might wish to consider a diuretic, in the form of a supplement you can but at the drug store. But, if you're not edemic, I would suggest against doing this, because you're going to end up dehydrating yourself.

If you're just trying to lose sheer weight, then I would suggest for you a strong laxative, since most people have as much as five pounds of dried foecal matter lodged in their bowels at any given time.

But, my final stance is still don't. If you're worried about your weight for health reasons, then see your family doctor and ask him/her about visiting a dietitian. If not, then don't risk your long-term health for a few pounds of weight loss.

You don't. Do you have any idea how bad that would be for your body? It's a good way to get really sick. You shouldn't lose more than 1, maybe 2 pounds a week at the most. Your body can't handle the change.

Eat less.
Exercise more.
Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Stay away from any over the counter "diet pills" as many of them are unproven herbal remedies OR they are cold medicine marketed as an appetite suppressant.

by burning 17500 more calories than what you eat per week. for each 3500 extra calories that you burn you loose one pound. I suggest that you don't loose more than 2 pound a week because then you can gain it back easily and drink lots of water.
