There could well be some thing to what your feeling. What kind of stuff are you into. Has your house ever been used by occultists or maybe you don't even know? Have you bought anything recently like Buddha's or Indian Goddess statutes? By chance, are you dabbling in the occult or hanging out with people that are? Do you play D&D? You really should seek the counsel of a pastor or other clergy man who is experienced with this sort of thing. It sounds serious to me, there is definitely a spirit world out there and you should be concerned.

Talk to the spirit and ask if it needs your help. Otherwise just ignore the spirit and pray to your guardian angel. Or just tell the spirit to go away.
Lighting incense sticks can help get rid of the spirit if it is a bad spirit.

Tell me about it. It'd help a lot if I knew the nature of the spirit. It really depends on how it feels. Some harmful or angry spirits can seem friendly at first, and vice versa. Its best to try to gain and understanding of it.
I'd be very cautious, but I wouldn't be afraid of it. I'd observe it and try to understand its intentions before talking to it.
Also, I wouldn't make a big deal about it, but don't ignore it completely!
Also, I might agree with the Christians on this one. It might be a good idea to cast it out in the name of Jesus or whatever holy figure you believe in that empowers you, if it tries to do anything funny like harm you in any way.

there are spirits in the world. Some are from God and are called angels. They are here to help guide us and even fight for us. The others are demons which work for satan to trick us and tempt us to do wrong. When you have that feeling is it good or bad? Find the Lord's prayer in the Bible. Say it out loud if you feel an evil presence. Ask God for help.

Ask St. Michael to come to you. Explain how you feel and ask him if he can help you. If there is someone there he can help them go to the light or remove the energy in the room. If you feel more comfortable asking God or Jesus... they will help too. Also, don't worry there are spirits everywhere, all the time. It just part of life that most people don't connect in with.

Nothing, we are all inundated daily with the spirits of our ancestors. I assume that you are a person of color, if not you are definitely a person whose past bears some people of color, whether they are indian or creole. Your guides follow you throughout your life trying to keep you on the steady path. Pay attention to the clues and you will find that life get's easier if you only go with the flow.

yeah i would talk to a doctor or just some friends or somebody else about that stuff but how do you feel theres a spirit around eh? just an instinct? i say pray to God.

don't worry... I guess it is more worried because at night time it feels like some mysterious person is around it, feeling that some mysterious spirit is around him....
so, it works both ways... it is just as scared as you are....

Ok now you got it! if your a christian than you need to take authority over the demon and tell it to leave IN THE NAME OF JESUS! Now the demon has to bow to the name of Jesus, so if your not a Christian you need to pray a prayer of repentance and ask Jesus to come onto your heart and be your personal Savior and then tell the demon to leave or what you called a spirit!

If you have a personal relationship with Christ then in Him you have all power and athority over that spirit so just tell it to leave. :-)
