First of all, good luck with the wedding - you'll be so relieved when everything is over and was exactly as you wished it would be. I think you should try to find a song that means something to both of you, or reminds you both of something, not just a cute slow song. That way it would really be original and sweet.
We danced to a metal ballad "Hold on to my heart" by W.A.S.P. and it was more romantic than anything else I can think of...
