lost a lot of weight in high school with lettuce and water diet for a month straight but not sure now

Weight Watchers. Your body's not the spring chicken it used to be- & if you try that lettuce & water thing again- it may be the LAST thing you try. Don't play with your health. Go on a sensible diet, get plenty of sleep & excersize- and stick with whatever heathy diet you choose. It's gonna be tough- but you can do it. Best of luck. :)

you won't be meeting your nutritional needs w just lettuce & water you need a well balanced diet & 8 glasses of water per day and exercise to loose weight effectively and keep it off go to

well, u gained all that weight back now didnt u? because u didnt lose it the right n healthy way. living off water nad lettuce is NOT healthy. It's fast but you gain it all back just as fast.
