I do not think so. I believe that God looks at what is in your heart. I had a friend once that was a huge Jesus freak and totally you would not know it, at least if you judged by the cover of the book if you know what I mean.
He had piercings and tattoos and I asked him once what do you say to people who ask you why do you have those and how can you say you are a Christian, he told me it was his testament to Jesus. He was totally committed to Christ and was an inspiration.
Do not listen to people who say you are a hypocrite, you are not, I have had the experience to know a lot of Christians that did not start out that way and people would look at them at first, even me in some cases, and think what a loser. I have learned to never under estimate Gods children, you just never know.
It is what is in your heart.
God Bless

No, that doesn't make you a bad person in God's eyes. However, there are two points that you should consider from this passage of the Bible.
"All things are lawful for me," but not all things are helpful. "All things are lawful for me," but I will not be enslaved by anything. "Food is meant for the stomach and the stomach for food"--and God will destroy both one and the other. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power. Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, "The two will become one flesh." But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
1 Corinthians 6:12-20
The first is that Paul writes that the only way to sin against your body is to engage in sexual sin by joining it with another person who isn't your spouse.
The second thing to consider is whether or not tattoos and piercings are the best way to glorify God with your body. Are they tattoos that say something like "Belongs to Jesus" or some verse of Scripture or something you can use as a witnessing tool? Do they have some content to them that might be considered in bad taste? Or are they just tattoos like a butterfly or something like that?
Pray about it and see what the Holy Spirit would say to you.

No God still loves you,but he is not crazy about it! The problem is that when you tattoo something on you ,like say the word "Coors" you are Identifying your self with a product of the world and god does not want you identifying yourself with anything in this world and especially tattooing it on you! But if you have them don't let the devil tell you God is mad at you ,he hopes to lie to you so you wont tell anyone about JESUS!

You say that you like this stuff. Keep in mind, just because it feels good, does not mean that it is good for you.
1 Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
1 Corinthians 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Very strong language. If you are Christian, it would be good to pray about these things.

The condition of your heart is what concerns God. Does your lifestyle reflect what His son taught? The greatest commandments arent thou shall not pierce. They are
36"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" 37Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'[b] 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'[c] 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." ***
If you felt God convicting you not to get these done, than you might have a problem. Did you ask Him how He felt about it?
He does answer our little concerns like that.

I don't wanna sound preachy, but God gave you your body and you are supposed to treat it as a temple. That means no more than one pair of earings, and NO tattoos.
If you think God might have a problem with it, then cleary it is wrong. When in doubt, better safe than sorry.

Well, think of it like if you bought your little sis or brother a new bicycle with all the money you had left from working so hard at a really hard job. And they mutilated it with holes and permanent sketchings. If that's ok with you, then you probably won't have a problem with God.

i have 4 tattoos and my girl has 8 of them. there is nothing wrong with decorating your body as long as you don't abuse it too much.
keep having them, i support you. i plan to have more. all my tattoos were done the tradionational way in sarawak, east malaysia. there, the natives do it to mark their bravery and it was also done to identify the bodies after a battle as it was a custom to behead your enemies.
