Well, quite often they're jailbait. Yes, there are adult women with small measurements up top, and yes, they can be very attractive. Lots of us guys prefer women who aren't overly endowed. If you're quite young, be patient: they'll grow. If you're older and dissatisfied with their size, learn to dress in such a manner as to compliment your attributes - and don't forget that a good attitude is equally important in defining what's "hot"!

nothing at all...but understand when a guy sees big boobs he is genetically programmed to look at them...but small boobs are sexy as well, it is just that initially they don't draw attention like big boobs do
