Sally's beauty supply stores and Smartstyle in Walmart

Don't see it listed on Sally or Costco. I'd go to your local beauty supply store, one of the mom and pop owned stores. Or try Ebay. I checked and there are a few of the litres listed. Good luck.

It is sold at bueaty supply stores like Sally's but I don't know about bags
