If you want to do it blue then fine let her, but if you don't want it to be blue & are only doing it to please her then don't do it. & remember once it starts to fade it's going to look blue green so it's going to need some upkeep. & once you decide to go back to your original color you're either going to have to just let it grow out of have it bleached.

You should never do something that drastic just to make the other person happy.
You should only do it if you want it yourself, or at least are willing to deal with the consequences, because - you need to remind your girlfriend of this - it IS your hair and you're the one who has to wear it.
