Nothing can make your hair grow a significant amount in a small amount of time. It is however possible that carrot juice contains a vitmain which is vital to hair growth, and over time drinking the juice will stimulate hair growth. Keep in mind hair only grows 1/8'' a month on average. So to sum up, no carrot juice isnt going to make your hair grow overnight.

lol no u cannot grow hair in a matter of hours but surely in a matter of a week . u'll see 2-5cm increase in ur hair & legumes or anything with high protien is really good for ur hair

Well it's got good hair vitamins. I know they aren't called hair vitamins, but the ones on carrots are really good for the hair, skin, and fingernails. And toenails, can't forget them.
