What is the maximum safe dose of Oreo cookies?

I just ate seven, not feeling too good...

In an effort to fall asleep, I am now drinking a malibu milkshake...wish me luck

I think it all depends on how hungry you are... My safe bet is 5 cookies.. but i know people who can eat rows at a time! Hope your tummy feels better :-)

From reading the fine print on the back of Oreo cookie bag and doing some research of my own it is too my understanding that (4) four bags are the limit or you may explode or possibly turn into one rotten smell'in Oreo cookie yourself..
So be carefull out there.

I think its subjective to your sensitvity to sugar, regular daily diet and how much you had had to eat before the oreos. For example when someone who eats a healthy diet eats fast food and feels bad afterwards because it is too much grease and sodium compared to their regular diet.

I think on the wrapper one serving is considered 3 cookies, so again it might have been too much sugar for you.

If you have any other problems when you eat sugar, you may want to consult your doctor and find out if you have a risk for diabetes. Good luck and hope you feel better.

i normally have 1 and a hlaf rows and im 6'2 145 pounds.
hate double stuff i like the orginal ones . i timed it i like to take mine out of the milk at 20 secs

i normally have 5-6 cookies, with milk or coffee.
if i'm with my nephew i'll have more and feel happy about it....
how's your tummy now? still not ok, have some chinese tea.

yeah, I think 7 would about do it for most... but I've seen people kill a whole bag in one sitting so who knows
