I found this in the add/remove program section- is this an important program- can i delete it? thanks a lot for ur answers.

Hey, that's a coincidence. I had the same problem.
It's always best to find out what something is before you go in blindly deleting things left right and centre.
So I contacted Microsoft, Apple and the local Kentucky Fried Chicken, but they didn't know what I was taking about.
So, I spent 13 days down at the reference library swatting over several encyclopedias and found the answer we have been looking for all our lives.
The answer is - the G5a922EN is . . . . . .
