According to Karma sutra, the best day to have sex in Thursday. One should not have sex on Saturdays and Sundays. The other days allowed to have sex is Mon, Wed, Thursday , Friday. According to teaching of Karma Sutra it states that if you have sex on Tuesday you will end up being a begger.

whatever day feels good. if you are trying to have a baby, everyday. But there are some days when her temperature is up and that is the best time (but not when she has a fever).
