Chambord Liqueur Royale de France is a liqueur that is made in the Loire valley in France. It dates back to 1685 when Louis XIV visited Château de Chambord. It is made from red and black raspberries (mûre), honey, vanilla, and cognac. It comes in a spherical bottle with gold plastic lettered "belt" around the middle. It is 16.5% alcohol by volume.
Common drinks made from Chambord include Chambord Daiquiri, Chambord Royal Spritzer, Little Purple Men, The Purple Hooter Shooter, Sour Grapes, Grape Crush, and the original Sex on the Beach.

All these other answers are straight off the Chambord webpage, and that's what the company wants you to believe. The reality, however, is a bit different.
To make REAL French Chambord, start with the antifreeze from a 1964 Peugot (a Citroen will do in a pinch).
Drain the coolant into a pigs trough (don't clean it)
Add whatever weeds you find growing in the pigpen (pigs won't eat the spicier weeds, which add flavor to the drink).
Dump in a quart of bootleg vanilla extract (the kind alcoholics drink when they run dry).
Add 2 cans of Lysol (just punch a hole in the can underwater)
And the secret ingredient - raspberry KoolAid
Let it age for at least 20 minutes, then pour it through a sweaty felt hat. Find a classy looking bottle at a yard sale, et Voila, c'est magnifique, Pierre!

Put a little bit (a tsp.) in the bottom of a Champagne flute, and fill up with Champagne. It has a name, I just can't think of it right now. Garnish with a red raspberry and sprig of mint.
