I need to mix baking soda, water, and hydrogen peroxide. How much of each to add to make the paste? How many times should I brush my teeth with this paste a day?

I just use baking soda and peroxide and I just mix a little of each until it forms a paste like toothpaste and then I brush with it after I brush with my regular toothpaste. You can do it twice a day.

On a comparative foundation, enamel whitening toothpastes most likely aren't regarded to be probably the most amazing kind of teeth whitening merchandise to be had, above all since their final result is just one of casting off superficial particles versus growing a real inside colour difference as is the case with peroxide-headquartered whiteners. However, there can also be situations whilst a whitening toothpaste is the first-class alternative. One of the visible approaches to scale back staining of the enamel and advertise healthful gums is by means of ingesting tons of water. Drinking plenty of water steers you clear of ingesting fluids which might be darker and have a tendency to stain or discolor enamel. Coffee, tea, and peculiarly darkish coloured soda's are a number of the best beverages that go away stains on enamel. An occasional beverage that results in staining isn't a obstacle. Constant intake of those forms of drink isn't conducive to enamel whitening.
