ive got one in my '93 pathfinder, it's like bulletproof. i always run it hard and every time it starts right up...does anyone else love them?

i think it's the same engine as in the 91 Maxima.

Yes I loved the car and the engine. Gave that car away lasy year when it had 250,000 miles on it.

If I remember correctly it is the same engine as was used in the 1984 to 1989 300ZX. Actually now that I think of it I know it's the same because one of the modifications they do to the old 300's is get a Pathfinder intake manifold to improve performance. The Pathfinder manifold is more modern technology but it's basically the same engine as the 300ZX. They have to modify the hood hinges to make it all fit. And by the way I have seen these engines with twin turbos and putting out 500 H.P. So yes they are a very very good engine. Possibly one of the best Nissan has put out.

I've got a Nissan V6 Engine and what you say is true. It starts right up. These cars last forever!
