I sleep 9 hours every night. I drink at the very least 64oz of water a day. I exercise at least 60 minutes a day and I take a multivitamin. I do not do any drugs... I mention that because so many people always ask me, "Do you smoke marijuana?" The answer is no and I do not drink alcohol either. The only things I am allergic to is penicillin, amoxycillin, and bactrim.

My sweet Dorothy.. I feel your pain. If you've have them for some time, it's most likely genetics. Sadly there's nothing you can do. A lot of people will probably tell you to sleep, but I know that no matter how much I sleep I still have them.. it's genetics. You should just keep trying some concealors until you find the right one. Good luck.

Allergies can cause them. You can see an allergist and he or she can prescribe you a nose spray and pills. There is also an over the counter medication called singular. Dark under eye circles can also be caused by lack of sleep. So get some rest.

Not enough sleep or allergies.

Get a good night of sleep. Eight hours is good.

If it's allergies, take some allergie medicine or ask your doctor for some

lack of proper sleep and drinking less water can cause dark circles. sleep soundly for atleast 7 hours. drink atleast 3-4 bottles of water a day. and be a HAPPY BEE.

Sometimes it's allergies. Are you sensitive to any foods? My sis is allergic to milk, corn, and cocoa, and she had dark circles under her eyes for years. They have almost disappeared now.
