Check your yellow pages for a restaurant distributor in your area. Ours in Aberdeen, N.C. is Aberdeen Packing and Produce. They will have it for less than the stores, but most sam's clubs will have it and the local markets will get it in if you ask the manager to stock it.

If you have a favorite restaurant for wings, ask the manager if you can buy a gallon. I used to manage for Applebee's and it was a very common thing for guest to ask to buy our dressings and wing sauce. We sold them for our actual cost, not for profit. It never hurts to ask.

Do you have Costco, Price Club or any of those warehouse stores? Also, you can check on restaurant suppliers in the yellow pages.

Sam's? Costco? Just make sure you pick up a gallon size Tums while you're at it... :)
