A bowl of cereal with low or nonfat milk is satisfying, light on the tummy and nutritious, especially if you add some fruit. Best of all, it's something we usually have on hand.

low fat yogurt. It has calcium, low calories, it's okay to eat if ur lactose intolerant. It's cheap to buy...or u can make ur own with plain and just add fruit. It has digestive enzymes in it's make up that naturally occur and help u digest the food u have eaten earlier that day. enjoy!
