If you are not nursing, they will naturally dry up over the course of a few weeks, but will very likely become engorged and extremely uncomfortable in the process.

Each woman is different.
I never used any pills, and I had no change at all.
You will find that your breasts become engorged following pregnancy, but if you don't want to breastfeed, don't encourage it. Do not start breastfeeding, use ice cubes, a well-fitted bra, and no manual stimulation will help to dry up the milk.
If you do this early on, you should not notice any change. If, on the other hand, you allow lactation to progress, you will find that your breasts become engorged on a regular basis, based on the schedule you set.

Some women go back to where they were before pregnancy and some actually stay larger. I went up a cup size after my first child even after I lost all the baby weight.
I don't even think they give any pills anymore..you just have to wear a tight bra for a few days after giving birth.

Before I got pregnant I wore a DD. Once I had my daughter and tried breastfeeding my breasts got to an I cup. It took 1 year of a lot of exercise to get them back to a DDD. They never went all the way back down even though I had lost all the baby weight and an extra 25 pounds. I am also 10 weeks pregnant and my breast are already back up to a G cup. They did not grow this fast the first time around.

Look, first of all you don't need any pills to make your breast grow. Breast usually grow naturally after you give birth and depending on how long or if you breastfeed your child will depend on how long they stay large. But they will probably go back to normal size after the baby is born and you stop breastfeeding.........

Breast milk will 'dry up', even without pills, if you do not nurse a baby. Your size will vary, before, during, and after nursing - as they have - before and during pregnancy.
If you do not nurse, they should return to pre-pregnancy size, unless you have gained weight all over, and don't lose it, after delivery.

IF YOU DON'T TAKE THE PILLS OR SHOT TO DRY THEM UP, THEY WILL FILL WITH MILK AND THEN THE MILK WILL SEEP FROM YOUR BREASTS. THERE ARE SOME OVER THE COUNTER BREAST PADS WHICH ARE REALLY THIN, YET WORK WONDERFUL IN ABSORBING THE MILK SEEPAGE SO AS TO NOT CAUSE YOU ANY EMBARASSEMENT.
I TOOK THE SHOT WITH MY FIRST CHILD (A GIRL) AND I DID NOT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE, HOWEVER, MY SECOND CHILD (A SON), AFTER HAVING THE SHOT.. IT DRIED MY BREAST UP TO NOTHING AND THEY NEVER HAVE COME BACK AS I ONCE HAD. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO LEAVE THE PILLS AND SHOT ALONE AND GET THE BREASTS PADS IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THE SIZE OF YOUR BOOBS!

No, and mine got big during preg. First symptom actually, and got lots bigger for preg than period. It will disappear, it all depends on if and how much breast feed. If not at all, will go away after short while [very diff for each single woman], and if bf a lil, grow and adjust to that level, if all time, fill lots [most of time]. If reduce or stop later, will adjust itself. If don't bf, or stop all bf suddenly, takes about a week total, average, for everything to go back to almost norm.

they will get larger when your milk comes in, and they will decrease in size when you stop breast feeding.

they will get a little larger, but your milk will dry up....oh ya they will HURT like H*LL!!!
