well i am only 12 but have like really fat tighs i hate it like its hard for me to look in minis and im only 5'1 another diaapointment now all my friends who i used to be taller then are taller then me im mean i run track and run for daily excersise but i hant really stuck to diet does any one have any ideas on what i should be eating becuase i snack a lot and many times say a week to go running help!!!

If you don't eat a balanced diet your body will crave what is missing. Since you don't get the right stuff with snacks it becomes a vicious circle which can pack on weight.

Keep up your exercise and drink plenty of water daily. Make breakfast your biggest meal and lunch next. Dinner should be light and as already noted stop eating after 6 p.m.

There is nothing wrong with 5'1" in my book. I have heard boys and men imply that a girl is to tall. Never heard them say that a girl was to short.

Since you are 12, you are still growing and developing. A lot of the "fat" that you are having problem with is actually good for your growth and development. Dont worry so much about how you look now. You should be as active and exercise regularly in moderate, but at this age, there is no need for you to obsess about it. Have fun; you're young and you should be worry-free while you can! Trust me, when I was 12, I didnt look so great. But now I am a successful personal trainer and fitness model and I never thought I'd be doing what I'm doing now when I was your age. Anything is possible for you and you have time!

I have a problem with snacking, too, so I just ask my mom to get stop buying fatty snacks, and she got me baby carrots and now I always snack on those. Whatever you're eating, just make sure it's decently healthy and not full of suger and fat. Excercising is hard to stick to, but if you have Comcast, I always rent excercise videos for free and they're actually fun to do. Running is great excercise, like you're doing. And it's not about losing weight, it's about getting in shape. Good luck! =]

I will only say this once
"turn off the tv an get up an do some thing"
don't put your fingers near your mouth
an drink 7 glass of water not cola or pop... water only
if you eat fat you are fat..no more fried foods
an lastly don't you go near the refegerator again
an fresh air will not kill you

dear you are just at the age when your are still growing ...your body is going to change a lot. if you really want to grow tall do stretching exercises and cycling. it will keep you in good shape and help you stretch some length as well. and dont worry about eating. eat many times a day in little quantities. drink lots of water.

More important than loosing weight, which you are not loosing because you either eat too much or your age, you should concentrate in improve your English a little bit.

EAT IN SMALL PORTIONS. LIKE IF YOUR EATING A SANDWICH EAT HALF AND THEN WORK OUT OR GO ABOUT YOUR DAILY TASKS AND EAT ANOTHER HALF. SNACKING IS NOT GOOD BECAUSE THAT'S USUALLY WHERE ALL THE CALORIES COME IN.
