If they have served their tours of duty with the US Army, and have dual-citizenship, then I see no problem with that.
As I recall from my own service, it is illegal for a soldier on a current enlistment to join another nation's military.
Another possibility is this: perhaps these are US soldiers advising the Israeli Army on our equipment such as anti-air artillery, etc.

I call them nuts. The reason America is so hated right now is because we stick our noses in other countries business. This isn't a war that concerns us. We are already fighting one. I say let them duke it out and may the best team win. Besides...they are like the Hatfield and McCoys. They've been enemies for years. Maybe they will kill each other off and be done with it. Leave America out of it.

Americans are people from all over the world. Just as there are people from Israel there are people from Lebanon, Iran, Syria as well. Would you call them real americans if they enlisted in the army of these countries?

still members of the US army..
