I am sorry to hear that you feel down. Please know that we have ALL been there. It is amazing the difference that a good night's sleep can make. Be good to yourself tonight (or tomorrow). Get a pedicure, or a great book to read, or feel like a kid and get some Hubba Bubba bubble gum or something. This to shall pass. Just remember that moods are just that ...MOODS. Sometime it feels like our emotions will hurt us, but give it sometime and things should look up. If it goes on for more than a week or two, you should seek medical attention. In the meantime try to get out of yourself and help someone else. That usually does the trick for me. Think about why you are down. If it's because of someone else, question whether they're worth it. You can only stay down if you let them belittle you. So far I have yet to meet anyone who can get me down. If it's internal, question whether whatever it is is really worth it. Can't you live without it? If not, try looking at it differently. Like they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!

Pray. Sometimes if you just lay in bed & pour your heart out it helps a lot. ~~~Also , tomarrow do something in the sunshine. Birdwatching, gardening, walk in the park....which ever. Sun light is proven to change moods.
