The fly triggered fight or flight response. A fly doesn't make enough of an opponent for killing it to release the stress it caused so you're kinda stuck until you do something or wait until the chemicals in your brain and body adjust back.

Flys represent change...
When you encounter a fly in an odd mannor, there is a change in your life you need to take one long, hard look at.
You are scared of a transition you are about to go through (aware or not)
Don't be afraid, be aware.
