Plz for god sake don't fall madly love with someone who doesn't love u. That will ruin Ur life. God bless u. Amen

Yes,love is unconditional, without something in return, love is an instinct human feeling! It is better to give than to receive! But it is no longer practical if somebody you love is abusing and using you for their own interest as they are taken you for granted! What we need is respect when we give love and not the equal that we had given! Some are expecting too much that they will receive pay off as they invested on somebody! We should not expect too much in return from someone that might dissappoints us or make us devastated! One of the best thing in emotion is to love and be submissive in a right manner and right person!

I think it is possible it is called unrequited love and is possibly the most painful of life experiences. However it is rare and it is possible to avoid but it might not actually be love and the onus is on the person who feels this way to consider if this feeling is a manifestation of ones own needs or desires rather than love and move on.
Life is cruel and adoration or obsession of another is the souls way of learning humility, beauty and the unique aloness of life's journey.

This is not a sob story...
...once upon a time there was a girl with low self esteem who found that she was head over heels with her male best friend...they did everything together for a short while then drifted apart...
In fourteen years of friendship my best friend and I have grown into a relationship that is one of respect...
...this is a long time coming because I was so in love with this man that I stole him away from my best friend...
...the problem I faced was that he was married to K, living with R and sexing us all...
...me only 4 or 5 times but I realized I was not in love with him...
...I was in love with the attention he gave...
...he is a great person to have in your corner because he changes according to your needs...
...when I realized that is when I wasn't really in love with him...
...fourteen years later, I know he only loves himself...
...and he only loves himself sometimes...
...Be careful and move slow before you act on anything concerning attaching yourself to someone you have any thought may not be committed to you...

Fact: You have the freedom to LOVE whomever you choose. There remains the honest truth that although we can love many we can not impose upon others freewill to choose NOT to LOVE you in return.
So simply put Yes you can but it may be a waste of you energy, hopes and dreams. Perhaps, you may even miss you TRUE LOVE while focusing in on this ONE SIDED affair of the heart.
