I haven’t been here that long but the consistent racism shown by the pros is rampant here and none of the pros call them racist. Most of the answers I see from pros automatically assume that all illegals are “Mexican” and that all anti-illegals are white. Where are their race cards when they do this? I have been called everything from the dreaded N word to a redneck by pro-criminals, but I am the racist.

I am a racist. Just ask any of the pro criminal crowd. Thats one of the nicer things I have been described as. Being who and what I am has always brought out the bigot in some people throughout my life. I think that its comical to hear someone refer to me as a racist, when I have to defend against racism each and every day of my life. I am sure that many have the same experience. The pro- criminal trespasser crowd, all one of them, think that they are the ONLY people in the entire world who have ever been discriminated against. I am sure you have been here long enough to see firsthand the hypocrisy of this "crowd". They have to do better than that to change my mind or stop me. I know the difference between right and wrong.
It would be nice if they knew the same.

I agree with Foxnews this true foxnews one here. It is nice to see a good question.
I have heard it more from pro illegals with no reason many times behind it. It is a touchy subject. But as a country we have a right to make laws for the people here and expect others to follow it. All countries have laws.

define pro criminal? a criminal comes in all shades and colors. Most of this section is against Mexicans. And most against illegal immigration are white. If you doubt my creditials just look at the protesters agaisnt illegal immigration. Some even make the news. This country was based on illegal imigration, again if you doubt me check your history when did the early settlers apply for citizenship coming over here. I don't recall hearinig, seeing, etc about it in class.

They lack the ability to compute what is actually being said. The pick a word out and then all of the sudden, you are a racist. They are pointless to debate this issue with. You asked a good question, and I am happy that this is beginning to be a good Q&A forum again. Thank you for that true observation.

It is because the pro-illegal immigration stance does not have a valid arguement in their favor.

So instead they try the race card.

They try to undercut those of use who understand that people who enter illegally are committing a crime and therefore criminals, by calling us racists.

They seem to forget, that there is a LEGAL way to enter the country, regardless of your race. If you enter illegally, you are CHOOSING to commit a crime, instead of doing the same legally.

Yes please, I would like you to give me a direct quote of how we are racist? If defending a group of people who are not legal is racist, i am not sure you know what racist means, but let me give you the official definition

Racist one entry found:
a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.

None of us have ever said Mexicans are superior to Americans, NEVER.

The assumption that "all" illegals are Mexican is due to the large volume of them compared to other ethnicity's. I live on the "other" border, and we just don't see swarms of Canadians stampeding across the Great Lakes all that often.

Because they have no other defense or recourse so they use the race card. What can you expect though they don't want to listen to reason.

You are a fool.

Those who are in favor of amnesty (in good faith) rarely use race as a factor when replying to posts.

To all.......stop using race as a factor in any debate.......PLEASE.
