Hi there
I dont know how old you are or if your exercise regimen has changed that it affects your eating pattern. If you think you have consumed abt 1000 calories a day (right level) and if u are worried that you may overeat.....try opting for light salads, small sized carrots, or not too heavy shakes, and go for a walk.
If you think this pattern has appeared just recently without any changes to your routine, you may want to visit a nutritionist and discuss this with them. That way, you can get a good plan from a professional to work on.
Good luck.

Seriously l know how you feel. l had been searching hours on the internet on the best natural remedies that does not involve any fad pills and l found out why; it's because l ate too fast. When you have a plate with normal sized portions of food, do you tend to eat it quickly, get full and then hungry again? lf so, then you are eating too fast. Eat your food slowly, chew through it thoroughly and drink a glass of water half an hour before you eat and also drink during your meal which will also fill you up quicker. People also mistake hungry for thirst, so you could be dehydrated and craving water but your brain is sending you the wrong signals simply because you use food as a substitute.

Have you been gaining weight because of this? Are your meals larger than they used to be and do you have trouble stopping eating in one setting? The hypothalamus is the part of the brain that controls hunger, and if you are feeling hungry all the time for no reason and gaining weight, you should go to the doctor and inquire. There are some people who have had hypothalamus dysfunction so bad that they could kill themselves by eating too much.

Whenever you eat, atleast try to eat things with fibre and protein, which keep you full for longer and are less likely make you overeat later, and drink lots of water. Sometimes dehydration is mistaken for hunger. I guarantee you if you up your water intake you will not feel as hungry all the time. You could also try calorie free drinks if you can't stand drinking so much water. Also, most cravings subside after waiting 20 minutes, so if you can, try to distract yourself and the cravings will eventually go away. If none of this works, you could try an appetite suppressant (like hoodia), but try the other stuff first. Good luck!

Sounds like you are on my diet
The "see/sea food and eat it diet"
Joking aside get your sugar checked ASAP that can play havoc with your system making you hungry when you are not. Certain foods satisfy for a time but then cause more hunger. Ask at your hospital for a dietitian to help figure out the trigger foods. First have them check to see if you really need a diet or if you are just in fear of obesity. Get nutrition counseling from the proper place a professional.Hope that helps.

How old are you? I'm asking because if you are young maybe you're having a growth spurt.
Anyways, I feel like this all the time also. I think I have some type of eating disorder. If you are eating to the point where you are gaining weight uncontrolable then I would recommend overeaters anonymous. I'm thinking of looking into it myself.

You have to be tough. Your mind knows you want to stop but your body doesn't. Who's in charge? Don't let your body take control of your decisions, let your mind take control...or at least the thing in your mind that says "no, don't do whatever it is that you don't want to do". You have to be tough like that or else you'll never, ever achieve what you really want in life.
Or
Are you growing? Are you pregnant? Are you stoned? Are you malnourished?

Food addiction is got to be one of the toughest addictions to have. I stopped my active addiction to drugs like alcohol, pot, speed, etc. I do not have to risk active addiction by picking any them up again ever. However, food addiction… one cannot abstain from food. Please seek professional help. Your eating addiction is but a symptom of other emotional and mental issues. Well, one thing about food addiction, you cannot get arrested for being fat.
