I have problems sleeping but I found a few things that work for me you might try.

First, don't do anything upsetting before going to bed. Watching the news, arguing with a lover, reading the paper, playing video games, etc can upset you.

Second, you might try taking a warm bath or shower, then rubbing down your muscles with some massage oil. If you are lucky, get a friend to give you a massage, it really helps you sleep.

Don't drink a lot of booze. It will knock you out, but you will not sleep restfully.

Avoid coffee or anything else with caffeine after noon.

Listen to the radio very on a very low volume setting

Take a drug called Melatonin. It is amazing.

Cut back on caffine or cut caffine out of your diet. Also try to avoid stress before going to bed. Try meditation techniques. If that fails, you could try the melatonin or talk to your doctor to be sure there isn't some underlying medical condition. Good luck.

I know this doesn't work for most people, but tv makes me very tired, and i usually sleep with it on. I need the noise to help me ease into sleep.

get high on mary jane it works everytime. its used as a treatment for imsomnia. its also better than taking pills such as tylenol because you can build a tolerance for them and u might need to take more and more. with marijuana you won't build up that tolerance. i've been getting high for years and i haven't had to increase my dosage. its illegal tho so i dunno and u would have to find some hook ups! also if you exercise you sleep better at nite

MELATONIN, you can find it at GNC.COM, I like cherry sublingual type, only at bedtime, and daily excersise will help you rest better everyday.
