It's highly unlikely that your dog is OK as the vets say. If she's still bleeding there's something wrong. Maybe it's not the bladder but some other cause. Best Advice is get a second opinion from another vet...Don't delay, because your dog's health is at risk.

Sometimes tests can be negative due to many reasons...get her checked out again...wish your dog a quick recovery!

It sounds like either a bladder or kidney infection. Did the vet give you any medicine? Our neighbors ignored the dog's bleeding and the poor thing became so swollen on the sides. I agree that he should be seen by a different vet. Is he healthy otherwise? Eating, sleeping, etc?

Comfort it, and show it the most of your love and effection, because it needs to be strong to get through this, and with your support and research, you may cure this. My dog was sick recently, and i thought to myself, i better spend the most time and love to her to help her, but the next two days, it was just her time to go, and other complications. The only thing i can suggest to you is to show it love, affection, fun, and enjoy your time with your dog. Do all you can to find out about his/her situation, and I know you'll get through this.

Well obviously something is wrong. You need to take her to a different vet and tell them the symptoms. You is probably also in pain so get her something for that.
