No you can not do this. While Disney does off free parking to Disney Resort Guest it is for the use of the RESORT GUEST. Since you are not staying there they will issue a parking pass for a 3 hours. Seriously, just pay the 14 dollars to park. If you can not afford to pay the money then you should not come to WDW. There is a also a little thing called courtesy. If you lived near a major attraction but your street was free parking. Would you really want everyone parking in your area filling up every space so you or your friends had no where to park. No. So do not do it to people paying big bucks to stay at a Disney resort.

He is on an area of Benning called sandhill where they have the infantry training batallions. You need the exact company number example: 2/54 / A company/ 2nd plat. Which means: 2nd batallion 54 infantry regiment, company A, second platoon. You can get away with not knowing the platoon because the companys graduate together. If you fly, go to Columbus, GA airport. If you drive you can mapquest it.

It is on a main highway so just use mapquest.com.
If staying overnight - stay away from Victory Drive - it is not called VD drive for nothing. Noisy, dirty & questionable. Several nice hotels & resturaunts just a couple of exits up from base. It is an interesting base - check out infantry Musuem. On base & free. Do not forget IDs & car registration - no admittance on base without it. They are very helpful at sign-in.
