Well first off don't do anything drastic because if you get caught then you wont here the end of it!!!!!! But if you have a good reason to then sure but if you just want to go out with her then forget it you should be happy for her and if you show her affection then you will get her heart

Don't start the relationship under a lie let their relationship take it's course if she wants you then she would have came to you she might just see you as a friend! You know girls do think that way!!

Show her that he is not man enough for her show her that you care for her more than he do. Tack her out to a romantic place and maybe she will realize that she wants you than her boyfriend.
