javewu is correct. i've seen it in 'fu lu shou', but not quite sure about the price.

You are able to find them at this Bugis area.
Go to Fu Lu Shou tower, Fortune Centre (beside Waterloo Guan Yin Tang) or the stalls outside this Fu Lu Shou tower, you will be able to find one of the singing bowl you mentioned.
Price goes according to the size.
If you cant find any suits you, then you can go to Chinatown, along Pagoda Street, Temple Streets, etc, try going into those small shops sellings statues, antiques, most of them got sell this item. Price ranging from S$20+ to S$30+.

do you mean the metal ones or the crystal ones. in either event you must use your intuition, while listening ,as to whether they are the "real thing". if they are real you will feel your vibration shift "upward", and be more relaxed, and your mind quieter. you will feel the emission of the chi is another way to express it. if you are asking where to buy, i'm sorry i've never been to singapore, but hope to get there one day. :-)
