Could you be more specific? You put one leg over the seat and sit down. Do you mean if your floating in the water how do you climb back on? Then you go to the back (with the engine off!!) and pull yourself up and climb on. If you have a step in the back you pull in down then step up and climb up.

If you have a stand-up, put your elbows on the side walls and give it full throttle. You want to get up on plane as fast as possible. As you start to pull away, throw a knee up on it. Takes a good bit of upper body strength to do it though and expect your shins and knees to get beat up after a good day of riding.

If you have a sit-down, just do what the others said. Easy.
