First of all, this is not a good idea. Muscle mass is lean mass which keeps your metabolism high so that you can eat well and enjoy life.

If you are doing this for some reason that is beneficial, it's simple, reduce the protein in your diet. In order for your body to burn fat, it needs protein. Sine you always burn some fat, your body will eat away muscle tissue to metabolize the fat.

If your muscle is natural, eat bacon and potato chips in front of the TV.
