First of all, remember that to most latinos (most currently those who are low class, low educated) teasing a woman is part of flirting. It is even expected for the woman to answer bad or aggressively to the man to arouse him or give him the idea she actually like him but can demonstrate it because it s not proper. I know it sounds weird, but that s how it is.
