Yes, one of my kids had it. It goes away in a few days with no scarring. Just be sure to give them a bath in baking soda to ease any discomfort.

It is a virus that causes blister on the hands, feet and mouth on both the inside and the outside of the mouth.. A very high fever is common with this.
All that can be done is give pain medication, lots of cool things to drink or suck on like Popsicles.. It is very painful especially for a child that is not old enough to understand.. It just has to run it's course.. And it is contagious.. my four year old had it and so did my 2 1/2 year old..

Are they blisters or boils? there is a difference. Take you kid to a doctor!
It could even be herpes if the child cam into contact with viral fluids during birth, but usually a c-section is performed to avoid such things
