Wake up, put one foot out of bed ... repeat ... and then make yourself busy.
Don't look at what you did wrong, instead, evaluate what you want out of a relationship. Try to focus on what is good, and how to bring goodness into your life. This is your goal for the next 2 weeks ... try to bring goodness into your life once every two hours ... simple stuff like stopping and looking to the sky (observe the clouds, sun, moon, stars, cute girls) ... and don't let stuff into your head when you do this ... just focus on the stuff around you ... let your mind go blank ... and LIVE.

Not to make you feel even worse, but heartbreak suxs. I am still very heartbroken over a man that I haven't been with in almost 7 years. Still love him to this day and it is still hard to see him or to even talk to him. But life must go on. You will never forget how you feel about this very special girl but you have to try to move forward with you life. Can't tell you that it gets any easier but it is life. If life were easy then life wouldn't be called life.

I'm very sorry that you are going through this, it sucks I know. The only thing that is going to heal your wounds is time. I know it doesn't feel like it now, but it will. In the mean time, find something that will occupy your time and your mind, It will help and make you a better person in the long run.
Remember this: What does not kill us will always make us stronger
STAY STRONG

I know it sounds stupid, but only time will heal your broken heart.
I know it feels pretty empty inside and you feel numb from the shock of it all. But when it comes down it just know it wasn't you. She needed to move on for what ever reason. Sometimes you never find out why. It'll never make sense. I hope you are OK! And find love another day.

There is a time for departure even when there's no certain place to go.
It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone -- but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Trying to forget someone you really loved is like trying to remember someone you never knew
you never really stop loving someone. you just learn to try to live without them, as bad and as sad as it seems
Life goes on and so should you
Good Luck

I know how you feel. It just happened to me, but she was trying to get with a dude behind my back. The good thing was that her doing that helped me get over it quick. Just think that it wasn't meant to be and go have fun. Your friends are going to be the best thing right now, so go out with them and try to keep yourself busy. Just think that she lost out and you'll be fine.
Good luck. KEEP BUSY!!!

I don't think that you ever really do completely. Most people just seem to manage and get past it.
