I have to walk at least 4 miles today and on top of that i played baseball

ebson salts and hot water. best thing for sore feet or muscles. soak for 20 minutes.

Get a vegetable can or a tennis ball and place your foot on top of this. Roll your foot around on it to help massage the soreness out of the areas you are sore in. Once this has been completed, soak your feet in a warm tub of water with lavender or rose petals if you have it. If not just soak. This should give you some relief.

get some insoles for your shoes. get comfy ones. my feet hurt because i stand at work all day for 8 hours and walk little. get dr scholls. they re the most comfortable
