Do they tell you about anything? Like what to expect on your trip?

They basically tell you about the safety features on the plane, how to buckle your seat belt, where the emergency exits are and stuff. The pilot comes on after takeoff and tells you how long you'll be flying. That's about it.

They do. I'll answer you in detail later cos my mum want's me to get off the computer.

Bye for now tinkerbell.
Fadhl.

At last i can answer you in detail. Well here's your answer cos i had firsthand experience on board a plane on the way to the middle east. When i got on board i realized that i had got a rotten seat which was in the center of the plane, cos i wanted a seat by a window, so i spoke to a flight attendant nearby and he changed my seat. He gave me a seat near an emergency exit so i had plenty of room to stretch about. I was even happier when i found out that the seat next to me was empty so i lifted the handrest and sat on two seats. After takeoff this guy took me and introduced me to the rest of the crew, he even took me and 2 friends of mine to see the pilot in his cockpit that was great. Later on i regretted why had i bought a ticket cos the for 90 percent of the flight i was in the rear with the air hostesses and they talked non stop they asked me about school, what sports i play, etc, then the guys among the crew started askin things like whether i had a gilfriend and so on. In short i had a really great time with the flight attendants and they told me a lot about how a plane works the guys told me about it. Then on guy locked me in the toilet because i hated the sound the flush made. That prank even had me roaring with laughter in the toilet after a minute he let me out and we had a mock fight.Later on i was given free access to the galley and it virtually became like the larder at home. I sunk about 8 cans of pepsi and had 2 huge breakfasts which an airhostess called Jennifer forced down me saying that young guys like me should build muscle(i'm 15). When we landed they gave me their mobile phone numbers. They kept me for so long onboard my dad thought that i was lost and he came running back into the airbridge. Well they do talk to you and they are really friendly people.
Bye tinkerbell hope i answered your question.

Yes, they tell you many things you should do or be aware of. They tell you how to buckle up your seat belt and show you where the EXIT doors are in case of an emergency. They tell you how to use an oxygen mask in case the airplane goes up to high and you need to breath due to high altitude. They tell you to use the card in front of you if you need further instructions. And of course they serve refreshments after the pilot gives the all clear on the intercom.
