Why do people say " Hey, If I don't see you, have a good weekend."
does that mean that if you DO see them you should have a bad weekend?

No, it means that if we do meet, then u will definatly have a great weekend, but even if we dnt manage to meet, then also I wish u have a good time on the weekend !

I don't say that. But what gets me is when people say "Have a good one" but they never tell you what to have a good one of.
