o.k i never ask for help but i am now...... i like this boy and he likes me, but the thing is he flirts with a lot of girls but yet he still tells me he likes me and when i'm around he will ignore the other girls for a while then when i walk off he will flirt with them... the reason he won't date me is cause he's scared of my dad... well today when we was leaving his house he helled me for a while and then my dad told me to kiss him.. he's tried to kiss me but every time we get interrupted by his brother or my niece... do you think he really does like me? i need some advice on how to tell him i wanna date him... i'm kinda shy.... HELP PLEASE....

he live in panama and when i was leaving today there was six girls over there cause we all had been swimming today after a funneral, and he asked to come home with me.. his dad said yes, but I said "NO"... should i have said yes? he's already called me four times since i have been back home.. i'm confused.. i need some good advice...

while i was at his house for the past four days, when there wasn't but one or teo girls there he would sleep with me in the room and would follow me everywhere... he's still a virgin and he didn't try nothing so i know it's not a booty call... so what does that mean??

You guys sound young. Go slowly. And communicate. Sounds like you have a budding romance, but don't rush into things. The flirting with the other girls bothers me some.
What do you mean your dad told you to kiss him? Anyway, it might be a healthy respect that he has for your dad. And hopefully, he has a healthy respect for your daddy's little girl.
I think it's sweet to be shy. I wouldn't ask him out- let him make the first move. But, I think you can let him know you are interested in you by complimenting him. "Your hair looks good today." or "Nice shirt." "I really love your dimples!" "Sure you can throw the football, but can you dance? .." You know,... Bring a candy bar and ask if he'd like a bite. Tell him next time you'll bring him a whole one. ... Whatever feels natural.
If he wants to kiss you, and you kiss back.. generally that's a
good indication that you want to date him. I'd say the next move would be his. ...

I'm not sure I understand your question. Of course, he likes you. You seemed confused though by him talking or looking at other women. I'm a male, so all I can say is that he is still young and interested in all there is to offer. My wife (who was also my high school sweetheart) tells me now that she competed for my attention, yet never really seemed all that interested. this kept my constant attention because I wanted to make sure she still liked me. best advice i can give: don't seem overly interested in him, even if you are. make him keep chasing you. if he feels like he has you already, then where's the challenge? why wouldn't he look elsewhere? good luck. by the way, you dad telling you to kiss him is a little weird. i'd never tell my daughter that.

First off, don't worry about it so much.
Spend more time with him. Get to know him better. See if you guys have fun together.
Don't come on too strong or kiss his azz. If you start chasing them now, you will be chasing them all your life.
If he's cool, he will make the first move, and he doesn't, move on. You seem young and if you are, nine times out of ten, this is not the guy you're going be with forever, so just have fun and enjoy your youth.
Have all of the fun times you can possiblly handle now because when you get older, play time is over.

Yeah Dads are overprotective these days! Hell i wouldnt let my daughter be hurt by some guy i dont trust. He just loves you to much! Earn his trust and he will let you date! I don't know how old you are, but things don't get easier. You only live once...and I've realized you have to do whatever makes you happiest. If you want him, get him; but be prepared for ALL venues. He may treat you badly or your dad may disrespect your bond...but if all in all, it is what you want...take it.
