We dont have a similar expression for get out of my face, but u can use an expression like

Muevete (get out or move)
Largate de aqui (get the f*** out of here)

well if you want to say it nicely you can say" te voy a pedir el favor que te quites te mi cara" if you want to say it meanly you can say " quitate de mi cara estupido(if is a guy)/estupida(if is a gurl)
