You could just be paranoid but if you believe in the supernatural then their really isn't a way to get rid of them you just learn to ignore them.

Why do you want to get rid of them? They co-exist with us in this field of Universe but we dont have our awareness developed enough to perceive it. You seem to have the awareness to 'tune' in to that field....so isnt is a great step in your evolution?
