Yes. When Jesus comes back and takes us home. In heaven there will be no religion just praising God the Father and Jesus the King.

Been tried and has not worked. Because within every human being is a natural drive and hunger to know God. No law or ban will ever get rid of that need. Any more than they could ban sex, or ban eating or ban sleeping. People would still need to do it. Having a relationship with God is just as important a desire in people. So banning it never as and never will succeed.

well i would rather it be a conscious decision to evolve past religion than as something that is banned, banning would only increase its popularity. religion and the want to have a higher being and purpose in life is such a basic concept, its for the caveman and the ancients!! we outgrew the thought that the earth was flat, and that we are the centre of the universe and the sun revolves around us. humans are at a stagnant point in our evolution (although i guess evolution is something that happens over hundreds of thousand years- were still young!!) the world needs to work together to conquer space and time

Formal religions may be banned someday, but you will never be able to make people give up their beliefs. It's kind of like this: You can take prayer out of the schools, but I guarantee you, if there's a test, someone is praying!

And I think the word you were looking for is "invision."

No. I envision a day when people are sufficiently intelligent to find religion absurd.

Prohibitions are never optimal. People need to be made -good-, so that the prohibitions are in the person's mind rather than on the rulebooks.

No, we are heading in the opposite direction, with less regulation of religion around the world not more. Besides, all they can ban is the organization of relgion, people will still believe and pass those beliefs on.

That would be horrible

We have freedom of religion...a government should not be able to control ones religious beliefs
