Well, if she broke up with YOU, it's probably ego.
It's like, "let me see if he still likes me/feels the same/wants me", and just the curiosity of how you're going to react when she calls. It could also be that she didn't really want to break up with you and can't let go.
She could also be one of those crazy people who think everyone has to be friends just because they dated in the past (whatever...sigh).
Next time she calls, just say hi really quickly, then tell her you have to give your pet hamster a spinal massage and hang up They usually don't call back after that...LOL. But that's the goal, isn't it?

Because they haven't totally gotten over you yet-even if they instigated the break up, and that is their way of still hanging on.

Because they really don't want to let you go that easy. They still have fillings for you or they still wants a friendship.

there trying to see if you are alright. most of the time if they call more then that there checking the heart and see if this was a bad thing to do.. Good luck
