I am/was (not sure) going out with this guy since i was in high school and i lost it to him. Ever since that time i have been ignoring him. Its not that i didnt like it but its that i feel committed. I make plans to go out with him but at the end i end up making excuses not to go. Its not that i dont like him but its just that i am confussed. What should i do?

My friend seems like the you don`t wanna being commited to `a man` at this time, maybe you feel quite scared being tighten to him when this relationship goes forward. You afraid you`ll loose ur identity or freedom when going steady with him. Eventhough the fact that you like him. Forgive me if I`m wrong.
All that thought my friend just prediction, you do not know who he really is before you get along together.
Better to start open yourselves now, to the man you really like, try to get to know him more and if both of you are not mached, well it mean make him just a friend, not more.
You know when a man really love you, he will try to understand you, and could be all negative thought above wouldn`t be happened.
You`ll regret somedays, since you are not taking this chance, and found out that he is the one you wanted, on the other hand he`s gone and no chance to get him back . You never tried before.

why not talk to him about how you feel -- if he isn't really open to it, then you've got your decision. You might be surprised by how much you learn about your feelings by just letting go and talking. You may discover you are scared of what will happen next or maybe you just don't realy like him much anymore.
