Jesus does not GRANT wishes

2006-07-27 15:40:44 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 2 2

That I may be able to grant any number of wishes to any number of people (including me)...
Looks like the cleverest answer !
but if all we wish is going to happen, very soon we meet boredom ! The thrill of life is taken out.
So the only wish would be to allow things to be as they are, taking its own natural course. Everything is just fine, the best way it can be !

Ive already met Jesus...........He is everywhere I am........He resides in my heart and He is my Lord and Savior.

Jesus isnt a genie that lives in a bottle, so I wouldnt ask him to grant me any wishes at all....what I do though is this I pray and say " If it is your will that I may do this or have this then let it be done.

I would grant Jesus a wish?

Uh... I'd make him come back to life so he could kick some Roman ***. Take that, Ponce Pilates.

I'd wish that he granted access to heaven to good people, rather than to believers.

Or maybe I'd just ask for some of that good wine.

What I pray when I see Him is that he will look at me, put his arms on my shoulders and say, "Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy Lord."
Matthew 25: 21
